When a seller has chosen to join EZM's platform the EZM quiz is one of the qualifications needed. Below are instructions on how to send, retaking the quiz and how to grade.

1. To send the quiz ensure you are following the EZM Onboarding instructions and using the EZM Quiz/Background Check/Drug Test macro in Intercom. It contains the link to the quiz and the EZM help center as well as instructions for the bg check and drug test. You can edit the macro once added to delete any unnecessary information.

2. You will receive the results from the seller's quiz in the Vendor Recruiting email. The email will tell you the score, and show you all the answers the Seller put in an attached PDF.

   

3. A passing score is 13/13. If the seller did not pass the quiz, start a message to the seller and use the Re-take EZM Quiz macro in Intercom. Edit the message to reflect their score. If you would like to provide hints to the seller on which answers they missed and what the answer could be, you can add that to the message as well. There is not a limit on how many times a seller can take the quiz.

4. If the seller does pass the quiz, download the PDF of the quiz result you received in the email. You will then upload it to their EZK Seller Profile Documents under the Other Documents section. Approve the qualification after uploading. This document will also need to be added into their FAST server profile, with a document type of Server Testing.
