Example of email seller will receive

E Signing after Seller Signs
You will receive two emails notifying you of the document being signed by the seller and another asking for your signature. Click on the Start Signing button in the email or go to Zoho Sign and you will see a notice that there are documents waiting for your signature.
Examples of the email notice to sign and the notice for signature on Zoho Sign

Once on the document to sign, click the check box to the disclosure and click Agree and Continue.

The document will guide you on clicking on the fields. They should auto-fill as you click. Once done, click the Finish button in the top right corner of the page.
You will be directed to a screen that asks if you want the document emailed or if you want to download. The document will already be emailed to Vendor Recruiting so you do not need to choose the email option. You can choose to download now, or when the email comes to Vendor Recruiting.

You will receive an email shortly after you sign, and you can download the documents. You will then need to go to the Seller's Profile in EZ Knock and upload the documents in the Other Documents section.

Important Information
When uploading the documents to the Seller's Profile, the EZM NDA, Contract, Code of Conduct do NOT have an expiration date. Be sure to put the document name in the Reference Number Field.
