Pull an Order from a Seller: Buyers can pull an order from a Seller for lack of attempts, communication etc. The EZ Knock Cancellation Policy still applies to orders that are pulled from Sellers. However, Buyers can dispute the pay if they do not agree with the amount being paid to the Seller. Related Articles: Pull Order From Seller
Buyer Hold Option: Buyers have the option to place an order on hold for however long. Sellers are notified of the hold and order cannot be attempted on the EZK Mobile App. Buyers can remove the hold easily from the Order Timeline. Related Articles: Buyer Hold
Distance from Recipient’s Address Exception: Sellers are alerted in app about being far away from the delivery address when entering attempts. The Geolocation feature on photos and in app allows EZ Knock to notify you when this occurs on attempts/deliveries. When you see this exception, you can direct message with your Seller to clarify their location. Related Articles: Distance from Recipient Address Exception
Return Type Default to Seller Provides Return: The default return type on all orders will be Seller Provides Custom return. This return type requires the Seller to create or produce a return for the order. Buyers may change this option in order entry or on the Order Timeline.
Dispute Pay on an Order: Buyers can choose to dispute the pay on an order they are pulling, cancelled, or that was returned by the Seller. Related Articles: Dispute and Resolution Process
Updated Order Rejected Notification and Information: Buyers will be able to see all instances of an order being rejected via the History tab of an order. Notification (email and web) will be sent to Buyers for every seller rejection if < 5 sellers cover the area. If more than 5, then one notification (email and web) will be sent after all have rejected.
Update Delivery Address: Buyer can change the delivery address if the order has not been accepted by a Seller yet. If the Buyer wishes to change the zip code or the order has already been accepted, the current order will have to be cancelled and a new order will be created. Related Articles: Modify Order
Diligence Review Reminder: Buyers will receive an email and web notification about orders in Diligence Review. If an order is in Diligence Review status for more than 7 days without action taken by the Buyer, diligence will be automatically approved. Related Articles: Modify Order
Edit Recipient Name: Buyers can edit the recipient's name; Sellers are notified of this change via their preferred method of contact. Related Articles: Review Diligence
Buyer Wallet: Business Verified Buyers will be able to see their Buyer Wallet Balances, and deposit funds into their Buyer Wallet.
Email Notifications: Buyers will receive email notifications in addition to web notifications for all attempts made.
Order Level Emails for Users under Buyer Accounts: Users under a Buyer Account who place orders through their individual log in will now receive order related email notifications. These include but are not limited to notifications for Accepted Orders, Attempts, Rejections, Direct Messages, etc.
Search by reference number in My Orders: Buyers can search by their own reference number for orders on the My Orders page.
Accepted Orders tab in My Orders: Buyers can view orders that have been accepted in a new tab in My Inventory. These are orders that have been accepted but are not In Field or Attempted yet.
