Below are new and updated features coming to the EZ Knock Marketplace Web Portal and Mobile App

EZ Knock Marketplace Web Portal

• Background Check/Drug Test: Background Checks and Drug Tests will have a $40 cost for Sellers. The Background Check and Drug Test Qualifications will not be initiated until payment for the qualification is completed. Sellers may use their Seller Wallet to pay for cost. Buyers may provide coupon codes to cover partial or all the cost of a background check or drug test. The Background Check and Drug Test are completely optional qualifications; however, some Buyers may require these qualifications to accept their orders. Related Articles: Background Check, Drug Test

• Return Type Default to Seller Provides Custom Return: The default return type on all orders will be Seller Provides Custom return. This return type requires the Seller to create or produce a return for the order. Buyers may change this option in order entry or on the Order Timeline. For a Seller to accept an order with this return type, the Able to Produce Customer Returns and Affidavits qualification must be added by the Seller in their Seller Profile.

• E-Signing Returns: This new tool allows Sellers to E-Sign returns with their profile signature, imported signature, or a drawn signature. Sellers can also add text to their E-Signed returns. Related Articles: E-signing Returns

• Dispute Pay: Sellers can choose to dispute the pay on an order that was pulled, cancelled, or that was returned to the Buyer. Related Articles: Dispute and Resolution Process

• Buyer Hold Status: Sellers may see a new status of Buyer Hold if a Buyer has placed an order on hold. The EZ Knock Mobile App prevents attempts/deliveries being entered if the order is on Buyer Hold.

• Funding Source Add Date: Sellers will now see the date they added a funding source to help with reviewing bank statements for Micro-Deposit Verification amounts.

• Search by Reference Number in My Inventory: Sellers will be able to search their My Inventory page by reference number (if Buyer provided one)

Download the update to the Mobile App by going to the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iPhone/Apple). Update is available June 12, 2022
