EZ Knock Marketplace has introduced a new feature that matches the location of the Seller as the attempt is being made with the delivery address on the order.

What does this mean for Sellers?

The Distance from Recipient's Address Exception will alert Sellers in-app when entering an attempt if their current location does not match the delivery address location.

If a Seller's attempt gets flagged with this exception the Buyer will be made aware and has the option to direct message the seller about their location on the entry.

What does this mean for Buyers?

Buyers can remain more informed on the location of attempts made by Sellers on the mobile app. This can give reassurance that the attempt was made at the recipient's address.
