EZ Knock Sellers - Drug Test Qualification

The Drug Test qualification is completely option for Sellers to add. However, some Buyers may require that a Seller have this qualification in order to accept any of their orders.

How do I pay for my drug test?

1. Once you have added the qualification you will see this notice pop-up, click Yes, Continue to add the qualification.

   

2. You'll notice after you add the qualification there is a notice about the cost for the Drug Test. Click the highlighted Get Started to pay for your drug test.

1. You will receive a pop-up that asks if you have a coupon code. Enter in your code, or if you do not have one, leave blank and click Submit.

   

2. You will be redirected to the Checkout page to pay for your drug test. You have the option to pay via credit card or with your Seller Wallet. You can only pay with your Seller Wallet if there are sufficient funds in your Available Balance.

   

3. Click Process Payment when ready

How do I start my drug test after I pay?

1. Once you have paid for your drug test the status of the Qualification will change to In Progress. You should receive an email from Quest Diagnostics with instructions on how to complete your drug test. If you wait too long to do your Drug Test, the invite can expire and you will be required to pay again.

2. EZ Knock will update your qualification once the results of the drug test. ETA of results can vary. You may notice some notes from Quest Diagnostics as you go through the testing progress.

   

*There are no refunds for the cost of a drug test. It is recommended that you are sure you wish to complete the drug test before you pay for it. Failed drug test will result in a rejected Drug Test Qualification.
