EZ Knock Sellers - Drug Test Qualification

The Drug Test qualification is optional to add for all Sellers. Some Buyers may require that a Seller have the approved qualification to accept or take any of its orders.

Add the Drug Test Qualification

1. Log into your Seller Portal and navigate to your Seller Profile. Click the Qualifications tab to the far right of the page.

2. If you see the Drug Test Qualification under your Recommendations, you can add the qualification by clicking the plus sign to the far right. If you do not see the qualification listed, you can scroll down to the Standard Qualifications section and use the drop down to select Drug Test, then click Add Selected.

3. Once added the qualification will show in your Standard Qualifications list and show as Pending.

Paying for the Drug Test

1. Now that you have added the Drug Test qualification, to initiate the process you will need to pay for the drug test. Click the blue highlighted "Click here" to start the payment process.

2. If you have a promo code for a drug test you can enter it in the field provided, then click Submit to procced. Even if you do not have a Promo Code, click Submit to proceed.

3. You can pay using a credit card or using your Seller Wallet if you have an available balance. Choose your option then click Process Payment.

4. Once your payment is processed you will be redirected back to your Seller Profile. Your Drug Test qualification will show as In Progress. You should receive an email shortly from Quest Diagnostics with instructions for your test.

Testing Process

1. Review the email you received from Quest Diagnostics. It has important information about your test such as location and what to bring with you.

2. Once you take the drug test at the facility, results should reach EZ Knock within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for our support team to review results and the corresponding qualification.

3. Will I be told what my results are? Quest does not send the results to the test takers. Results will be given to the EZ Knock User Support Team and review of the qualification will occur based on results. Should you not pass your drug test, a member of our support team will let you know.
