EZ Knock UST - How to post an article to EZK Website

Create New Article | Publishing/Editing Articles
The EZ Knock UST accounts are able to post blogs, articles and other important policies to the EZ Knock website.
Log into your EZK UST account
Once logged in, click the Articles option in the top left corner of the website.

You will be taken to a page with the list of articles. This includes Market Intelligence blog posts, help articles and policies.
Create a new article
Click Create New to start a new article
Fill in the fields with the information for your article. Use the drop down for Type to choose the type of article. For regular blog posts, use Market Intelligence. You can use other types depending on what you are posting. TIP: If you are posting the regular blog post for EZK, first create the post in the help center and publish. You can then easily copy and paste and adding photos will be easier since you will need the photo's URL.

Use the text editor to add boldness to words, add headings and photos. Please keep in mind on this page you will not be able to see what the text looks like with headers and boding in place. To view a preview, click the Preview button. TIP: The text body cannot be centered and will always appear aligned to the left. Also be sure to save your article as a draft as you go along (Go to #5), or you could time-out after 20 mins!

Cover Photo, Tags and Description--these are optional fields to complete but assist in making the post--especially a blog post more appealing and can help with SEO (Search Engine Optimization). TIP: For photos use photos from unsplash.com or pexels.com. These photos are free to use, and we won't get copyrighted!

Once you have your article ready, click Save and Publish. If you are not ready to publish, use the drop down next to the Save and Publish button to Save as a Draft.

Publishing or Editing Articles
Publishing Articles that are in Draft
Go to the Articles tab in the top left corner of your UST account.
You will be directed to a page with the list of articles. Published articles will have a Published marker next to them. Drafted articles will be marked with a Draft marker. To change a drafted article to published, use the gear icon and click the Edit option.

Once in the editing page, scroll down and click Save and Publish.
Editing Already Published Articles
Go to the Articles tab in the top left corner of your UST account.
You will be directed to a page with the list of articles. Use the gear icon next to the article you wish to edit and choose the Edit option.

You will be taken to the edit page for that article. Making any changes you need to, then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save and Publish.
