How to troubleshoot Seller KBA Verification Errors

Normal KBA Verification notices on a Seller's profile resemble the below. KBA Verification and/or Document Verification is needed in order for the Seller to have a Wallet.

If a Seller contacts UST advising they are receiving an error, UST will have the capability to see what the error may be, or if the error is on the Seller's end. Follow these steps when troubleshooting errors with KBA Verification:

  1. Advise the Seller not to click anything on the page until you have advised it's okay to do so again.

  2. Wait 10 minutes from the time Seller advised they were getting an error. After 10 minuets has passed, click the "Verify Personal Profile" button to see what the error may be. **It is important to wait the 10 minutes to review the error yourself otherwise you may not be able to see what the potential error is.

  3. If you get the same error the Seller does, you can report this error to the EZ Knock Devops teams chat with screenshots.

  4. If you do not see the same error, the issue is on the Seller's computer/browser. You can still reach out to the EZ Knock Dev team for assistance with a solution.
