One crucial part of the process of an order on the EZ Knock Marketplace is review of diligence. Diligence review must happen before an order can proceed to the next step.

How long do I have to review diligence?

Buyers have 7 days to review diligence once the order is submitted for Diligence Review. If 7 days have passed and the Buyer has not approved or rejected diligence, diligence is approved and order moves to the next status. Buyers are notified of orders needing diligence review via email and web notification.

How do I review diligence?

1. Orders requiring diligence review will be in your Under Review tab. They will be marked with a "diligence review" marker.

2. Click on the name of the recipient of the order you wish to review diligence for.

3. You will be taken to the Order Timeline page. To the right you will see options for diligence review. You can review attempts made by scrolling down the timeline. Once you have reviewed, you can make your decision and click "Confirm & submit result"

What happens if I reject diligence?

If you reject diligence, you will be taken to the Direct Message page to advise the Seller why you are rejecting diligence. The order status will go back to Attempted.

What happens if I approve diligence?

If you approve diligence, the order will move to For Proof Upload. Depending on the return type the Seller will need to upload or complete the return for the order to move to the next step.

How long do I have to review diligence?

You should review diligence as soon as possible. We are implementing email notices and deadlines on diligence review soon. In the meantime, be sure to keep an eye on your orders and direct messages! Lack of communication can effect your rating from the Seller!
