There may be a need for you to edit your order after you have entered it in. EZ Knock Marketplace understands that the need may arise and provides Buyers the ability to edit order details.

What parts of my order can I modify?


Changing Recipient Name

  1. On the Order Timeline page, click the Details tab located underneath the Recipient's information.

  2. Click the pencil icon next to the recipient's name to edit the address.

  3. Once you have entered in your changes, click Submit to save your changes.

  4. The seller who is working your order will be notified of the change of the recipient's.


Change Recipient's Address (Delivery Address)

  1. On the Order Timeline page, click the pencil icon next to the recipient's address.

  2. Depending on the status of your order, wording may vary about your options in changing the address. Changing of the delivery address (everything but the zip code) is only allowed if the order as not been accepted. If you need to change the zip code, you should Copy and Cancel your current order.

  3. Once you change the address the Seller is notified of the change.


    Changing Deadlines

  1. On the Order Timeline page, to the right of the timeline there is the Deadlines section. Click the pencil icon to start editing deadlines.

2. You will receive a pop-up with the current deadlines, if any, already entered in. Enter in whichever new deadlines you require and click Submit.

The Seller is notified of deadlines being updated via email and web notification.


Changing Originals Needed, Return Type, and other Order Details

  1. On the Order Timeline page, to the right of the timeline there is the General Information section. Click the gear icon to start editing order details.

2. You will receive a pop-up with the current order details.

a. You can edit the Reference Number, Deliver On date and time in the first section.

b. In the middle section you can change the requirement for originals to be served

c. In the last section you can change the return type. Learn more about return types here.

3. Click Save Changes once you are finished.

Some changes, like the change of Originals Needed, should be shared with the Seller in addition to making the change on the order. We encourage Buyers to communicate with the Seller via direct message, on the change of originals needed so the Seller does not print any documents and attempts before the originals are received.
