How to modify specific details on an order

UST may have a situation where a Buyer has placed an order and has not set the correct settings for the type of order they are placing, and requires UST to modify the order.

When should UST modify Order Details?

UST should only be changing order details if after directing Buyer on how to change themselves has failed.

What can UST modify?

UST can modify deadlines, general order details (reference number, deliver on date), return type, and if originals are needed. Buyers are able to modify their order in the same ways.


Changing Deadlines

  1. On the Order Timeline page, to the right of the timeline there is the Deadlines section. Click the pencil icon to start editing deadlines.

2. You will receive a pop-up with the current deadlines, if any, already entered in. Enter in whichever new deadlines the Buyer requires, and click Submit.

The Seller is notified of deadlines being updated via email and web notification.


Changing Originals Needed, Return Type, and other Order Details

  1. On the Order Timeline page, to the right of the timeline there is the General Information section. Click the gear icon to start editing order details.

2. You will receive a pop-up with the current order details.

a. You can edit the Reference Number, Deliver On date and time in the first section.

b. In the middle section you can change the requirement for originals to be served

c. In the last section you can change the return type. Learn more about return types here.

3. Click Save Changes once you are finished.
