EZ Knock Buyers - Becoming a Business Verified Buyer
Becoming a Business Verified Buyer can allow Buyers to have a Buyer Wallet and to qualify for a subscription.
To begin the process please contact the EZ Knock User Support team. You can do so here. Request that you would like to become a business verified buyer. Once initiated you can follow the steps below.
EZ Knock UST may advise you that you will need to change your email address, or you may see the below notice regarding your email address. This occurs when there is another user that has the same email address as your main account email. Follow the directions in the prompt to change your email address.
You can click Edit Buyer Information, which is to the right of the prompt to edit your email address.
Under Business Email, add the new email address for your account. The email address you choose cannot be active with any other user.
4. In order to have your account become a verified buyer you will need to submit some information for verification. Click the Enter Business Information. This prompt will be located in your Account and Settings tab when you are logged in.
5. You will first choose the type of business you have. Certain types of business may require different answers.
Complete all fields with an asterisk (*)
Partnership, LLC, and Corporation will have additional fields under Business Controller Information
6. Once you are finished filling out all required fields, click the green Send Business Information. You should receive a notice after advising that your account has been successfully updated.
7. There are two approvals that are needed for your account to become verified. Our partner Dwolla will approve, and that status will show in a prompt similar to the below.
EZ Knock UST still needs to approve the verification, please allow 3-5 business days for review.
8. Once completely verified your status will show similar to the below in your Account and Settings tab
OPTIONAL: You can add a Beneficial Owner as well once you have finished entering your preliminary business information. Click the Add Beneficial Owner and complete the required fields and click Submit.
