Buyers may have a need to upload documents for the Seller after an order has already been submitted. EZ Knock Marketplace provides a way for Buyers to upload documents such as Service Documents, Informational Documents, Unsigned Return Forms, and Other documents.
If you selected the option to Upload Return after Diligence in the order entry process, you will need to follow the instructions below to upload your unsigned return for the Seller.
Go to your Orders, and locate the order you wish to upload documents for. Click on the recipients name.
Scroll down the Order Timeline page and on the bottom of the page to the right there is the Documents section.

Choose the document type you would like to upload.
You will receive a pop-up prompting you to upload your document. Drag and drop files, or click to choose a file. Once uploaded, click Finish & Close Window.

5. Once uploaded your document will show under the Documents section.
In this example a return of service was uploaded and now it is shown under the Documents section.
