Buyers and Sellers each have access to the Order Timeline and Details to help understand where an order is at, see attempts made and take actions needed on an order.

Order Timeline

To see an order's timeline you will first need to select the order you wish to see in your My Orders (Buyers) or My Inventory (Sellers).

Once in the order, make sure you on the Timeline tab.

You can scroll down the page to see the events of the order. Statuses and Milestones are present with the dates they occurred. Attempt and Delivery entries are also present in the timeline. Entries can include photos, audio recording and video recordings.

Action Needed on Order

If any action is need from a Buyer or Seller you will see the action item on the top right side of the Order Timeline page. Common action items you may see are printing service documents, acknowledging receipt of documents or checks mailed, and return approval needed.

Rating and Direct Messaging

On the lower right side under any action items contains Buyer/Seller information, direct messaging option, the option to rate the Buyer/Seller, and the ability to block a Buyer or Seller. The Buyer or Seller rating is also present in this section.

Order Information

Further down on the right side is additional order information such as:

• Attempts made

• Next Attempt Date

• Price

• Order Type (Buyer view only)

• Time zone for the order

• If originals are required

• Reference Number

Order Documents

The last section on the right side is about the order's documents. The list of documents to be delivered are listed, and the service documents to be printed.

Order Details

Click the Details tab to see more information about the order.

In this tab you will see:

• Any Special Instructions Buyer provided

• The order's qualifications

• Expected Manners (These are the manners the Buyer set in order entry and are the manners available to the Seller when entering a delivery) These are not the same as Attempt Outcomes.
