When should I Cancel an order?
Canceling should be used when you do not want the order to be attempted or delivered anymore.
When can I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order at anytime up until order is delivered or completed.
How do I cancel an order?
Find the order you wish to cancel in your My Orders. Click on the name of the recipient to be taken to the Order page.
To the right there will be a button that says Cancel & Return Order. Click this to initiate the cancellation.
3. You will receive a pop-up advising of the refund amount if Seller has not attempted. If Seller has attempted you will be asked for the reason of the cancellation.
