EZ Knock Marketplace understands that there may be a need to return an order back to the Buyer due to illness, work load or other reasons. EZ Knock provides a way for Sellers to do so.

Return order that has NOT been attempted

  1. Locate the order in your Inventory and go to the Order Timeline. Click the red "Cancel & Return button.

2. You will receive a pop-up advising that the order you are returning does not have any attempts made, and will be returned directly to the Buyer. Communication regarding pay can be directed to the Buyer by sending a Direct Message.

3. Click "Confirm Return" to remove the order from your open inventory.


Return Order that HAS been attempted

  1. Locate order in your Inventory and go to the Order Timeline. Click the red "Cancel & Return" button on the right side.

2. You will receive pop-up that advises of how many attempts have been made. You will need to enter in the reason you are returning the order, and the amount you are willing to be paid for the order you are returning.

3. Click "Confirm Return" to remove the order from your inventory and submit your offered fee.

4. You will be directed to the Direct Message tab and you will see your offered fee and note regarding the returned order will be sent to the Buyer.

5. The Buyer will review and have options to accept your offered fee, or reject and counter the fee.

Counter Buyer's Offer

If the Buyer has countered your offer you will receive a notification of this counter via web notification and your preferred method of communication. You can see details of the counter-offer in Direct Messages and in the Order Timeline.

  1. Go to the Order Timeline to Accept or Reject and counter the Buyer's counter-offer.

2. If Accepting the counter-offer, click the Accept option and "Confirm &Process Return". You will receive a pop-up to confirm you are accepting the counter offer with the amount shown. Click "Accept & Complete" to confirm. A return of service is still required and needs to be approved by the Buyer for the funds to be released to your Available Balance.

3. If Rejecting, you will be required to enter in notes again for the reason you are countering and the new fee you are willing to be paid.
