What is a Trusted Seller?
A Trusted Seller is a Seller that a Buyer has created a relationship with based on the Seller's performance on orders placed by the Buyer.
How do Seller's become Trusted Sellers?
A Buyer would have to mark a Seller as their Trusted Seller for the zip code the order was placed in. Only Buyer's can make a Seller a Trusted Seller.
How do Buyer's make a Seller a Trusted Seller?
There are two ways Buyers can make a Seller a Trusted Seller:
From My Orders:
Locate an order with the Seller you want to make a Trusted Seller. Click on the Seller's photo.
2. You will receive a pop-up giving you options to Add to Trusted Sellers or to Blacklist. Choose the Trusted Seller option. Now you have them as a Trusted Seller!
From Ratings
On the Order Timeline tab, click Rate on the right side.
2. You will receive a pop-up for the rating the Seller. The last question asks if you want to make this Seller a Trusted Seller. Toggle this option on. Now they are your Trusted Seller!
Can a Buyer have more than one Trusted Seller?
Yes, Buyers can have more than Trusted Seller.
