What does Blacklisting a Seller or Buyer mean?
Buyers: Blacklisting means that you do not wish for the Seller to be able to receive your orders.
Sellers: Blacklisting means that you do not wish to see any of the Buyer's orders.
Who can Blacklist a Seller or Buyer?
Buyers and Sellers can blacklist each other.
How do you Blacklist a Seller or Buyer?
Buyers:
Locate an order with the Seller you want to blacklist in your My Orders. Click on the Seller's photo.
2. Click Blacklist Seller
Sellers:
Go to an order that is from the Buyer you wish to blacklist from your My Inventory Screen.
Click the three dots in the top right of the Buyer information section on the right side of the Order Timeline page. Then choose Block this Buyer.
How do you remove a Seller or Buyer from your Blacklist?
Buyers: Locate their icon on any order they had in your My Orders and choose Remove from Blacklist
Sellers: Simply click the same three dots and choose to Unblock.
