Paylocity - How to remove a PTO request

Employees can delete future dated approved Time Off Requests. Only Supervisors / Administrators can remove approved requests for prior dates on open timecards.
Navigate to HR & Payroll > Time & Labor > Home.
Review the Time Off section.
Select the Status tab.
The tab defaults to show all requests made in the current week.
Pay Type, date and Status Filters can adjusted to expand and narrow the results on this page.
Set filters and select Go to see results.
Select the X icon to delete the request.
Select Yes on the confirmation to delete the request.
Important Information:
Requests cancelled by Supervisors / Administrators are available to view on the Time Off Calendar.
Requests cancelled by employees are available to view under the status tab on the employee's dashboard.
Employees can cancel their own Pending Time Off Requests, no matter when those requests have occurred or will occur (past, current, or future).
Canceling a Pending Time Off Request will completely delete the request, so it will not appear in the Time Off Calendar at all.
Supervisors or Administrators must handle approved requests in prior periods. These requests will remain Cancelled on the Time Off Calendar.
