Paylocity - Time to Go Live! (PHL Staff)

Go Live information regarding our new payroll software Paylocity!

Dear Staff:

We are pleased to announce that starting on Friday, June 25, 2021 we will begin tracking hours using our new time and attendance system, Time & Labor, in Paylocity! From an employee perspective, you will be able to conveniently submit time off requests and punch in and out from your Paylocity employee self-service portal. You will be able to access your timesheets, helpful guides, and additional time tracking information from the “Launch Time & Attendance” link in the Time Entry section of your portal. You can also access Time & Labor via the drop down on the top left grey “HR & Payroll” bar on your Self Service Portal. If you have not done so already, please be sure to register for your Paylocity account.

  • ***This line is valid for the Philippines based staff only. United States based staff have their own Company ID number to log in with.*** Please take note of our Company ID with Paylocity H8548 as you will need this to complete your registration.

  • Please review article PCTY-64004 within Help > Knowledge Base to familiarize yourself with the new system.

  • It will be beneficial for you to review this training video before clocking in. You can view this video without having logged into Paylocity. Please keep in mind this is a generic training video and not all options may apply to EZ Messenger.

  • Important: Items such as demographics, year to date, and time off are still in the audit process and will be updated over the next week or so.

  • Supervisors please log in and ensure you have access to the appropriate employees. You will find your Time & Labor Training Videos by navigating to Help > Knowledge Base > Under Available Training click Go To Topic > Select Time & Labor Courses > Time & Labor for Supervisors
