Who can rate Buyers and Sellers?

Buyers and Sellers can rate each other on some key factors in their experience with an order.

Where can I see Buyer and Seller ratings?

Buyer and Seller Ratings are shown in multiple sections on the web portal, so you don't have to jump through hoops to find out others experiences with that user. Sellers can see their own ratings in their Seller Profile. And Buyers can see their ratings in their accounts as well. Additionally, when placing a Retail Order, Buyers can see Seller ratings when choosing a Seller.

Can a Seller become a Trusted Seller from a good rating?

Buyers do have an option to make a Seller a Trusted Seller during the rating process. This decision is solely up to the Buyer. Find out more about Trusted Sellers here.

Why does my profile/account say "Rating not available"?

You have not been rated yet! Once you are rated you will see your rating in your profile/account.

With a simple thumbs up or thumbs down, you can rate the user on the factors below:

How do you rate a Buyer or Seller?

Ratings can only be done on the Order Timeline page.

1. Click the Rate icon to the right side of the screen under the Buyer or Seller's information.

2. You will receive a pop-up to rate the other party. Click Submit once you are done rating.

When can I rate a Buyer or Seller?

You can rate a Buyer or Seller on an order at anytime. Although most ratings are done at the end of an order, you can rate or edit your rating anytime as well.

If an order is Closed, but pending a rating, the order will remain in a Closed & Pending Rating status until both parties have rated each other. Find out more about the status and flow of an order here.
