Keeping track of your inventory to ensure you are attempting all your jobs and not leaving any jobs unnoticed.

View Inventory and Download/Print your Packing List

Your View Inventory allows you to see all jobs assigned to you, including those you have served that are awaiting affidavits.

Once logged into the portal, click View Inventory on left of the homepage.

Once on your inventory screen you will see any jobs that are currently assigned to you. You'll notice you can see the job number, Client, Servee, Status and more for each job. You can export your inventory into a Packing List, two ways. One, by clicking the "Download Packing List" at the top left of the page. Two, clicking the "Export" button at the top right of your inventory list. You will be given options to export to different file types.

All information shown on your inventory page will also appear in your Packing List you download. You can choose to print the download from your computer as well.

Jobs In Field

It may be easier to look at your jobs in a visual way, and plan out routes if needed. You can see your inventory visually by going to Jobs In Field on the left side of the portal.

Jobs in Field will only show open jobs assigned to you. This is a perfect tool to help with route planning and seeing your open inventory visually!
