Compensation Range: $35k - $50k + Incentive Opportunities
Travel: 5-10%
Other: This is a full time position working a 4/10 schedule M-Th, the 4/10 schedule will commence as soon as the Z Team counterpart for the shared region is hired or sooner if so agreed.
Purpose: The Relationship Managers are a part of the User Support Team, and an extension of the sales team who builds and maintains relationships with all users, both buyers (customers) and sellers (vendors). Regional Relationship Managers are providing End User Support as part of the User Support Team. Ensuring users are using he application effectively and with positive experiences is critical.
Key Skills and Experience: Extensive experience in the process serving industry is required, prior experience as a process server preferred. Excellent communication skills and time management skills are a must. Candidate must be dependable and work well with others. Candidate should have a customer service mentality and an always selling personality.
Job Duties Details:
Direction and duties as assigned by the Regional Relationship Manager Lead
User Setup and Orientation(both buyers and sellers)
Ongoing user support and troubleshooting in collaboration with user excellence manager
Market Research, what channels and practices are unique to buyers and sellers here
Coaching on key features and general best practices within the marketplace
Buyer Seller dispute resolution
Monitor buyer/seller ratings(thumbs up/down)
Advocate for select seller testimonials.
Promote referral program
Regional Coverage/Seller Competition Management in collaboration with marketing team
Share Regional Market Intelligence with Marketing Team and Business Development
Marketing and growth within your region
Collaborate with Marketing Team on your Buyer Reviews and Testimonials
Collaborate with Marketing Team on your No Coverage and No Competition areas
