Other: This is a full time position

Purpose: The Program Manager will lead the evolution of the EZ Knock Marketplace, including WhoKnocked and other related features/applications by identifying and coordinating the interdependencies among projects, products and other important strategic initiatives across EZ Knock. Key Skills and Experience: Excellent project management skills required, experience working with multi-national teams a must. Visionary, must be able to see a idea through to reality. Process service or legal industry experience preferred. 10+ years experience with atleast 5 years in project or program management. Experience with Github, Microsoft Planner or similar applications required.

Job Duties Details:

• Interface with parties across other EZ brands and initiatives

• Oversee development and design efforts for EZ Knock and related apps including WhoKnocked

• Manage, coach and collaborate with EZ Knock User Support Team

• Manage, coach and collaborate with User Excellence Manager

• Co-Manage, coach and collaborate with the EZK Marketing Manager alongside Business Development Leadership

• Collaborate with Finance on program budget

• Provide accounting with necessary invoice and cost details/breakdowns

• Advance the EZ Knock brand in the industry

• Set and achieve key goals for the program

• Provide bi-weekly reporting to key leadership on goals and results
