Welcome to EZ Knock! We are excited to have you explore and use the EZ Knock Marketplace, the one-stop place for your process serving needs.

Before you place your first order you will need to create your Buyer account. Creating a Buyer account will allow you to see the progress of your order, print returns, direct message the Seller, and more.

1. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner of https://dev.ezknock.app/

   

2. Enter the required information in the fields provided

   

3. You will be asked to verify your email as part of the MFA (multi-factor authentication) process. You will receive a link to click or you can copy and paste the URL into your browser to confirm your email. **If you open the email on a different device other than the one you started the sign-up process on, you will have to log into your account.

4. Phone number verification is next, but can be skipped and verified later.

5. After phone verification you will land on the screen below, click "No, Thanks" to continue your Buyer sign-up.

6. Fill out the required fields with your information. Click "Continue" once you are finished.

⚠ If you are a business, please fill out the fields with the business information and mark the last question. You may need to provide additional information for a business account later.

7. You have now finished your sign-up! You can place orders and update any account information if needed.

⚠ If you chose a business account you will notice a message about verification. You can click on the "Enter Business Information" to provide any additional information we may need from you to verify your account.
