ARKANSAS

Originals are needed, place in AR AOS processing bin once it is checked and scanned in.

*Exceptions* If it is a non serve, assign job to LEO returns/unsuccessful service and place in NON SERVES sheriff bin. And if the court is efile, it should be assigned to affidavit to client after the sheriff return is attached in the scans. The efile list is attached to the back of instructions for reference.

ARIZONA

Originals are needed, place in AOS processing bin once it is checked in and scanned in.

*Exception* If it is a non serve, assign job to LEO returns/unsuccessful service and place in NON SERVES sheriff bin.

COLORADO

Originals are not needed (digital scan/copies are fine) Once SERVED sheriff return is checked in, assign the job to Affidavit to Client.

*Exceptions* If it is a non serve, assign job to LEO returns/unsuccessful service and place in NON SERVES sheriff bin. COLORADO RAUSCH – Assign to EFILE READY AFFIDAVITS.

IOWA

Originals are not needed, once the SERVED sheriff return is checked in, assign the job to E FILE READY AFFIDAVIT.

*Exceptions* If it is a non serve, please assign the job to LEO returns/unsuccessful service and place in the NON SERVE sheriff return bin. **If the client is IA DHS assign the served sheriff return to affidavit to client.**

NEW MEXICO

Served Sheriff Returns get assigned to E file ready affidavit if it is a District Court case. If not a District Court, please give to Processing manager.

If it is a non serve sheriff return, assign to LEO returns/unsuccessful service and place in the NON SERVE sheriff return bin.

OKLAHOMA

Originals are required for these select counties, Beckham, Blaine, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Garfield, Garvin, Jefferson, Kay, Logan, Love, Osage, Stephens, Tulsa, and Washita.

Once the SERVED sheriff return is checked in, they are to be placed in the OK AOS processing bin.

*Exceptions* If it is a non serve sheriff return, assign to LEO returns/unsuccessful service and once it is scanned in, it goes into the NON SERVE sheriff return bin.

OK DHS served ROS goes to aff to client. Non serves go to LEO returns/unsuccessful service.

LOUISIANA

Rausch: The served sheriff returns are assigned to LEO returns/successful service and sheriff return is shredded after it is scanned in.

The non serve sheriff returns are assigned to LEO returns/unsuccessful service and shredded after is is scanned in.

MINNESOTA

Once the served sheriff return is scanned in, please assign job to affidavit to client and shred physical documents.

NORTH DAKOTA

Once the served sheriff return is scanned in, please assign job to affidavit to client and shred physical documents.

SOUTH DAKOTA

Once the served sheriff return is scanned in, please assign job to affidavit to client and shred physical documents.

TEXAS

TXOAG: Assign to E-File Ready affidavits if it is a served sheriff return. Assign to LEO returns/unsuccessful service if it is a non serve sheriff return.

All other clients (see exception below) in TX need to be efiled where applicable as listed below if it is a served sheriff return. (ALL COUNTY AND DISTRICT COURTS are assigned to E file ready affidavits.) Please see TX efile list for further reference.

*Exception* TX-Moss non serves do not go to court for filing. Please route to LEO returns/ unsuccessful service and shred ROS after it is scanned in.
