EZ Messenger Staff - Pull & Mail Tool Instructions
How to use the Pull & Mail Tool to process outbound mail.

Click on Miscellaneous Tasks in Web Portal
Select Pull and Mail Tool.
Select Pull List.
All the jobs that have been picked by the process servers will show up on the list.
Select Print List and print the spreadsheet that pulls up.
Go to receiving room for the next step so you have table space to sort piles.
Pull the original service packs from the crates in receiving and sort into piles for each process server.
Go back to the tool in web portal.
Work one process server pile at a time.
Select all jobs that the process server has selected by checking the box next to the job number.
Once all their jobs are selected, take a tracking number sticker and click on the blue i on the right of the job and select USPS tracking, barcode the tracking number and select the date that case is being mailed.
You will have to do this for each job being mailed to the process server.
Once all info is entered in to each job, keep all jobs selected that you have worked and click SUBMIT at the bottom.
Click on vendors name on list, once the profile populates click on vendors mailing address and label will print out with their address.
Place tracking number sticker, address label onto the envelope, place service packs into the envelope and then take to mailroom for postage.
PRIORITY MAIL POSTAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Place envelope on the postage meter scale.
Select PRIORITY MAIL RETAIL.
Select FLAT RATE ENVELOPE.
Select TRACKING.
Select APPLY.
Then print postage tape or run envelope through machine.
Place in mailing bin.
Repeat all steps for all process servers, MN Revivors, and TX SOS jobs.
