• Opens, sorts, prints workorders, checks in and bins documents in receiving room

• Processes Sheriff Returns

• Pays Sheriff Fee Invoices

• Processes & mails jobs to sheriffs

• Processes and/or escalates problem jobs returned to us from sheriffs

Sarah Twiss – Logistics Specialist

• Processes and mails jobs to sheriff/constable from need constable queue

• Backup - assists in mailing certified mail queue/bin when needed.

Crystal Chappell – Court Runner

• Delivers/drops off documents to local courts for filing

• Oklahoma, Grady, Cleveland County

• Checks in cases and bins her cases/affidavits

• Local client pickup/drop offs

• Love Beal and Nixon

• Drops of FEDEX/UPS packages and USPS bins at end of day

Ryan Harvey – Court Runner

• Delivers/drops off documents to local courts for filing

• Oklahoma, Lincoln, Logan, Pottwatomie, Creek and Rogers

• Checks in cases and bins cases/affidavits

• Local client pickup/drop offs

• Love Beal and Nixon, and Stephen Bruce & Associates

• Drops off Fedex/UPS package and USPS bins at end of day
