Other: This is a full time position working a 4/10 schedule M-Th, the 4/10 schedule will commence as soon as the Z Team counterpart for the shared region is hired or sooner if so agreed.
Purpose: The Relationship Managers, as part of the User Support Team, are a part of the sales team who builds and maintains relationships with all users, both buyers(customers) and sellers(vendors). As a manager of this team this position will manage time and attendance, scheduling, training, coaching and some escalation as well as overall task/time management. The position will also work closely with the Program Manager and User Excellence Manager as well as the Z Team Lead. (Z Team will staff F-M on a 4/10). The User Support Team, made up of Relationship Managers, provides End User Support to ensure both Buyers and Sellers are using the application effectively and with positive experiences.
Key Skills and Experience: 4 Year Degree OR 10+ Years Busines Experience required. Extensive experience in the process serving industry is required, prior experience as a process server preferred. Prior experience owning or managing a small business preferred. Excellent communication skills and time management skills are a must. Candidate must be dependable and work well with others.
