Purpose: The Marketing Support position will support the Marketing initiatives as outlined by the Program Manager, Director of Business Development and Marketing Manager. The position will report to and provide direct support to the Marketing Manager.
Key Skills and Experience: Prior marketing or recruiting experience a plus. Prior process serving experience a plus. Open minded and strong problem solving skills required. Ability to work well alone as well as in small groups required. Experience with tools such as Intercom, Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Office a plus. Excellent communication skills a must. Strong attention to detail required.
Job Duties Details:
Take direction from the Marketing Manager
Collaborate with Program Manager and Business Development from time to time
Provide support for the User Support Team and User Excellence Manager from time to time
Monitor and be available real time on Intercom and other social media platforms to assist and cultivate leads as needed
Review and approve Seller sign ups and subsequent qualifications
Troubleshoot qualifications and seller sign ups with sellers
Assist in intensified or targeted marketing in critical areas
Monitor, report on and remedy Seller No Coverage areas with support from Marketing Manager
Monitor, report on and remedy Seller Not Competitive areas with support from Marketing Manager
Engage and follow up with dormant/previously active Buyers and Sellers
Support the Referral Program
Provide new signup support for buyers and sellers alongside User Excellence Manager as needed
