EZ Knock UST - Approving and Rejecting Qualifications

The User Support Portal is where the User Support Team can view Seller's profiles, approve or reject qualifications, view Seller documents and much more!

Logging In

If this is your first time on the UST portal, you will need to click the link in your EZK UST invite email to set up your account.

When logging in you will land on the home page of Sellers based on your assigned region. *Marketing Support team will default to a view of "All Regions"

If you don't have any sellers in your region you will see a message "There are no sellers registered in XXXXXX Region. Please check back again later."

Change your Region view

You can change your region view by clicking the drop down to the right of the search bar or at the top right corner of the screen.

If Sellers are available in your area you will see them listed as below. Sellers who are active will show an "Active" marker next to their name. Sellers who have not completed the sign-up process will show a marker of "On Boarding".

Sellers are sorted by the number of qualifications they have that need to be approved. You should work in descending order (Red to Yellow) when approving qualifications.

Approving/Rejecting Qualifications

  1. Click on the name of the Seller in your list that you wish to view their profile. You will be directed to a page that is nearly identical to the Seller's portal homepage. You can view all the same menu options and profile settings the Seller sees. Click on "Seller Profile" in the top right corner.

You will see the below set up of the Seller's profile if the Seller has completed the on boarding process. You can view all profile information by clicking on each tab.

If they have not completed the on boarding process, the set up will look like the below. You can click on the tabs on the right side to see what the Seller has or has not completed.

2. Qualifications should not be approved until Seller has completed on boarding process. You can view all the Seller's qualifications by clicking the Qualifications tab at the top of the page. Click on Qualifications

3. You will see Pending, Rejected and Approved qualifications on this page. Each qualification may have its own requirements and may require documentation. For example, the Profile Photo needs to resemble the Driver's License and be appropriate. You can see what each of the Standard Qualifications require HERE. Coverage qualifications also require approval and have their own requirements. You can see what requirements those are by clicking HERE.

4. TO APPROVE a qualification click the drop down that says "Pending" and click "Mark as approved". You can choose to "Update Notes" to a qualification as well. These notes are visible to the Seller. Some qualifications may require expiration dates before approval. Please see the Standard and State Authorization Qualification articles linked above for which require expiration dates. When a Seller has the Background Check or Drug Test qualification added, do not approve. Background Check and Drug Test approval must go through Jo Ann Geraughty. Send Jo Ann a Teams message to complete the Background Check/Drug Test qualification. Enter in a note under the Seller's profile that you sent a message to Jo Ann regarding Background Check/Drug Test qualification.

5. You will be prompted with a pop-up advising that you have reviewed the necessary documents and requirements to approve that qualification.

6. TO REJECT a qualification, choose the "Reject" option. You will then be prompted with a pop-up asking for rejection notes. These notes can be seen by the Seller on their Qualifications page and is required to proceed with the rejection. In addition to the rejection notes on the qualification, rejection notes need to be added to the Seller's profile under Notes. Please include which qualification you are rejecting and why in your notes.

Toggling "Other" Documents

There may be a need for you to toggle a document the Seller has uploaded under "Other" in Documents to "E & O" or "Car Insurance" etc. You can do so by clicking on the document, then using the Document Type drop down to change the document type. Click "Save Changes" after to save this change.

Changing a Seller's Region

If you ever need to change a Seller's region you can do so by clicking the gear icon next to their current region located at the right of their profile, then choosing their new region.


Entering Notes on Seller Profiles

Entering a note under a Seller's profile may be needed for a variety of reasons. To enter a note under the Seller's profile, go to a Seller's page, then click the Notes tab.

To add a new note, click the plus sign in the top right corner. You will receive a pop-up. Title is required for the note you are entering. You have the option to also attach a document or photo if wish. Click Submit once you have entered in your notes. It is important to note that even though these notes are NOT visible to the Seller, the notes you enter should still remain professional.

Once you have submitted your note, you will see it in the log. The log shows the title, note, user who entered the note, the date it was created and a file icon if a file was attached. You can open the file by clicking on the icon.
