Your Buyer Portal will allow you to place orders, manage your orders, change account information and direct message Sellers--all in one place!

My Orders

All of your orders will show under this tab. Depending on where an order is at in the process will determine which tab it is under. For example, any new orders placed that have not been accepted by a Seller will show under New.

Direct Messaging

Buyer and Seller communication is important when it comes to orders. EZ Knock Marketplace allows you the Buyer to have direct communication with the Seller on your orders. All messages will be here, and you can search for a message on the left side of the portal.

You will be able to tell if a Seller has read/seen your message by the Seen icon shown below your sent message. The icon resembles an eye.

Trusted Sellers

A Trusted Seller is a Seller that a Buyer has created a relationship with based on the Seller's performance on orders placed by the Buyer. Any Sellers you have made your Trusted Seller will be present here.

Account

Your account tab allows you to add users and shows you your information. You can edit your Buyer Information by clicking the Edit Buyer Information button on the right side of the page.

Add Users

You may have the need to add multiple users to your Buyer profile to help manage your orders. You can click the plus sign to add a user. Enter in their email and they will receive an email to join your account. They will create their own password and be able to set their own avatar as well. Once you have added a user they will show under the user list.
