A

ACH: An electronic bank to bank payment. Also know as direct deposit. ACH transfers takes 2-3 days.

Available Balance (Wallet): The amount in your EZK Wallet that you can withdraw for ACH or Push to Debit.

Buyer: Buyers are those needing process served. They can be law firms, companies, or even process servers themselves. Buyers place orders to be served.


C

Candy Bowl Order - A specific order type that a buyer places making an order available to all sellers in an area that meet the minimum qualifications, usually done to get a price below the suggested retail prices listed by the sellers but may also be done to promote competition

Compassionate Service Hold:

Competitive Market: A zip code with 4 or more sellers

Completed Order:

Coverage Qualification: Qualifications that are state and county specific. Each State will have a qualification and states who require additional qualifications by county will also be able to be added.

Diligence: In regards to process, completing all required attempts needed for an order.

Intercom: Communication platform EZ Knock Marketplace utilizes so Buyers and Sellers can receive support.

Market: A zip code or combination of zip codes

Marketplace: The arena of competitive or commercial dealings; the world of trade. EZ Knock connects buyers and sellers to efficiently conduct business.

Marketplace Order: A specific order type where a buyer places an order by selecting a seller from the list of sellers in a given market

Pending Qualification: A qualification that has not been approved or rejected.

Personal Service:

Push to Debit: A wallet withdrawal option for Sellers. There is a $5 fee for this option, and process can take as little as 30 minutes. Learn more about the Seller Wallet here.


Q

Qualification: A quality or accomplishment that makes someone suitable for a particular job or activity. EZ Knock allows sellers to choose their qualifications and allows buyers to select which qualifications should be required for a given order.

Qualified Orders: Orders which Sellers have met all qualifications required.


R

Ratings: A classification or ranking of someone or something based on a comparative assessment of their quality, standard, or performance. EZ Knock allows buyers and sellers to rate one another on each order.

Relationship Manager: Relationship Managers are responsible for a group of Buyers and Sellers in a region. They assist with sign-up, and user support.

Retail Market: An inventory selection method where Sellers rejected or accept orders that they have been selected for by Buyers in the market.

Retail Order: A specific order type where a Buyer places an order by selecting a Seller from the list of sellers in a given market which can be based on price and qualifications.

Return of Service: Also known as an Affidavit, or a Proof of Service. It is a document that advises when, where and how documents were served.

Seller: Commonly known as process servers. Sellers receive orders to serve process.

Seller Wallet: A Seller's Wallet is where Seller's can view their order's pay and cash out at any time once the order has met completion.

Semi Competitive Market - A zip code with 2 or 3 sellers

Standard Qualification: Qualifications that are not state or county specific. Examples; Car Insurance, Additional Languages Spoken, Profile Photo, etc. Some of these qualification will require documentation.

Trusted Seller Order: A specific order type where a Buyer places an order directly to a specific Seller based on prior experiences or preferences

Uncompetitive Market - A zip code with only 1 seller

Uncovered Market - A zip code with no sellers

Unqualified Orders: Orders in which Seller is missing one or more qualifications.

Wallet Balance: Total balance of your orders. This amount may not be the same as your Available Balance.

Wholesale Market: Method of inventory selection where Seller's can view orders they qualify or do not qualify for in and out of their areas.
