Standard Qualification Requirements are listed below. This is to be used when approving qualifications on the EZ Knock UST portal.

Background Check, Car Insurance, E&O Insurance, Driver's License, Process Server License require expiration dates to be entered to approve. Expiration cannot have passed and qualification be approved.

Able to record Audio: Automatically approved when seller adds via Preferences or on Qualifications. Sellers with this qualification are willing and able to record audio on their attempts in app.

Able to Produce Custom Returns and Affidavits: Automatically approved when seller adds via Preferences or on Qualifications. Sellers with this qualification are able to produce their own returns of service.

Able to record Video: Automatically approved when seller adds via Preferences or on Qualifications. Sellers with this qualification are willing and able to record video on their attempts in app.

Active or Retired Law Enforcement: Automatically approved when seller adds via Preferences or on Qualifications.

Active or Retired Military: Automatically approved when seller adds via Preferences or in Qualifications.

Additional Languages Spoken: Must have a language added in Preferences to be approved.

Background Check: Must be passing and have documentation and information uploaded. Expiration date required.

Car Insurance: Must be valid and not expiring, photo/file of car insurance card must be readable and uploaded. Vehicles that were added in Seller's profile must be covered by insurance. Expiration date required, should match the expiration the Seller has entered/documentation.

Driver's License: Must be valid and not expiring, photo of Driver's License must be readable and uploaded. Expiration date required, should match the expiration the Seller has entered/documentation.

E & O Insurance: Must be valid and not expiring, photo/file of E & O must be readable and uploaded. Expiration date required, should match the expiration the Seller has entered/documentation.

EZ Knock NDA: TBA

Process Server License: Must be valid and not expiring, photo/file of Process Server License must be readable and uploaded. Expiration date required, should match the expiration the Seller has entered/documentation.

Profile Photo: Must resemble the photo on the Driver's License and be appropriate. Cannot be a photo of an object, pet, landscape, etc.

WhoKnocked Card User: Uses Whoknocked door hangers.
