A critical step in the acceptance of jobs and process of executing service is checking that the documents you have been provided are complete and accurate.
Below are the steps you should take with the service pack before a job is attempted:
Review the "Documents" list located on the Field Sheet. Note the documents listed, these are the documents you should have in the service pack.
Review the documents in the service pack, ensure they match up with the documents in the list. If there are any discrepancies such as; additional documents not listed, missing documents, name/spelling of recipient does not match the Field Sheet, pages are missing from listed document, documents not belonging to the case are included--you should contact your Relationship Manager to assist with getting these issues resolved.
Take note of all client rules and special instructions located on the Field Sheet.
