Other: This is a full-time position

Purpose: Our Digital Processing Phil Team’s primary focus is to prepare digitally uploaded documents for court and assignment into the field for completion of service of those documents, along with data entry into our internal systems. All debt collection clients who allow for offshore processing will be completed by this team.


The Digital Processing Lead will provide support to the Digital Processing Manager by assisting staff in daily/weekly task assignments along with maintaining any priority functions given by their manager and keeping all queues within ISLA.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Provide support to all processing clerks and/or others assisting our department.

  • Report numbers/dates in all digital processing tasks daily to show all jobs pending processing. Along with which team members are assigned to a given task.

  • Review documents received from client to confirm we have data and report those that we do not to the processing manager.

  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team members work for quality and quantity.

  • Communicates goals and deadlines to team members.

  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to client expectations and performance goals.

  • Assist Digital Processing Manager in the creation, testing and implementation of tools to enhance the overall product provided by the Digital Processing Team.
