Purpose: The Logistics Team’s primary focus is to mail needed documents to the courts, law enforcement, process servers, and clients in order for them to file and/or serve the case. We also receive everything that gets shipped to the Oklahoma City office and we sort, open, and check in the cases that come back from the courts filed along with reviewing and processing the law enforcement affidavits. The Logistics Lead will provide support to the Logistics Manager by assisting staff in daily/weekly task assignments along with executing high priority assignments given by their manager.
Key Skills and Experience:
Resolve issues and provide support to all Logistics Specialists
Run root cause of analyses to understand core problems within the law enforcement/court system and on a job by job basis.
Model the impact of a solution. Analyze data.
Communicate recommendations, while focusing on getting to the right answer for the client.
Collaborate with other departments to implement solutions.
Building and maintaining relationships with the team and become an expert in all mail tasks.
Assist Logistics Manager in the creation, testing and implementation of tools to enhance overall product provided by the Logistics team.
