EZ Messenger Vendors - Feasibility Report
Having trouble getting an affidavit to generate? Got an error message about an infeasible? Below explains why you may run into this issue.
A feasibility study is performed on each server daily which compares suggested time between assignments to actual times recorded by the server. This is accomplished using geocode technology and routing programs which pull the data for our Feasibility Report. When it is suggested the time between addresses is less than suggested, it will cause a flag. This flag will be reviewed by your Compliance Department in order to make a determination if in fact it is infeasible.
Below are requirements and best practice suggestions to avoid feasibility flags.
1. Mobile App is required for all serves and attempt entries. With a photo containing GPS coordinates and date/time stamps it is easy to confirm those details with what has been recorded.
2. Make good records. Record the actual time and do not estimate. Write it on the Field Sheet in the event you must refer to it later. It is possible your mobile app entry did not save, and was resubmitted at a later time. More information HERE on Resubmitting Attempts.
3. Additional efforts such as making or receiving phone calls or data resource information such as county appraisal records or a license plate information will cause a flag if not properly documented. This is caused by entering it as an attempt which suggests you were at that location. Please enter these type of events as Non-Attempt entries. More information on how to enter Non-Attempts HERE.
4. If you are experiencing difficulty while using the app please review our Mobile App Troubleshooting article HERE.
In the event an attempt or completion detail is confirmed infeasible it cannot be used. It will be excluded from any affidavit and will prevent an affidavit from printing until reviewed. Feasibility flags are very serious suggesting what is recorded is not possible. Depending on the situation and outcome it is possible for the server to be placed on inactive status and even providing a report to the local authorities to consider further action.
