Purpose: The primary purpose of the position is to assist to maintain the EZ Locate application and leverage it for higher customer satisfaction and/or EZM results.
Key Skills and Experience: Strong background in skip tracing and locate products, must maintain licensed private investigator status, experience with various skip trace providers and results a must, excellent communication skills, process serving experience a must.
Job Duties Details:
Maintain relationships with various data providers/data vendors
Negotiate pricing to benefit the company
Monitor and ensure EZ Locate application is healthy and functioning
Collaborate with EZM team to share EZL best practices
Train and educate EZM and EZM Clients on EZ Locate benefits and use cases
Review EZL results monthly with EZM Clients and EZM Client Relations team
Prepare monthly usage reports and present to EZM Leadership
Push for and implement interactive help content that showcases EZL for EZM staff, EZM clients and EZM process servers
