Sometimes you may need a little troubleshooting! Please see below for common mobile app troubleshooting solutions.
My app is freezing up/not working
Have you logged out of your app and restarted your phone?
If you haven't, log out of your app and log back in. If you have, move to step 2. Logging out and back in on the app clears all the cached (stored) information and sometimes phones need a reset (much like a computer)! **Please check your attempt queue before you log out of your app, as once you log out all attempt/serve recordings are erased, including any failed recordings.
Check for any system updates for your phone. You can usually find your updates in Settings.
If you are still having issues you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
If you continue to have issues after taking these steps please take screenshots of your issue if possible and contact us.
My camera is not working or I get a spinning icon when trying to take a photo
Please make sure your Camera and GPS Location permissions are On first. You can go to your settings on your phone to make sure.

I am seeing special characters on my attempt notes, how do I fix that for future entries?
iOS users: Go to Settings --> General--> Keyboard--> uncheck Smart Punctuation
