EZ uses a combination of Microsoft Planner and Github to organize and manage projects. Ideas and business needs are spawned through conversations and those conversations evolve into Planner Tasks and eventually Github Issues. Our article on Software Support has good info about reporting bugs and getting improvements.

Microsoft Planner is a tool for all of us to manage and monitor tasks, not only those involving the Dev Team. Once tasks are ready and require the Dev Team they are then placed into Github as an Issue. Only well documented, well thought out items evolve to a Github Issue.
