Some quick notes to get you up to speed on EZ Messenger
Ron Ezell(the EZ came from here) started out in Tucson, AZ back in the late 1970s and early 80s working for a couple of small local law firms
Ron grew the business and eventually his brother Steve became involved in the 90s
EZ Messenger merged and acquired several companies in Arizona over the years
In early 2000's Ron and Steve sold the business, Ron continued working for the company and Steve moved to Texas(Dallas)
Steve started up Executive Process LLC with a partner named Nick Misner
Steve and Nick hired Casey Cox around 2010 to assist with Texas and expansion in general, there were 5 employees of Executive Process LLC at this time
EZ Messenger(Arizona) owners ended up selling the company back to Steve, EZ Messenger(Arizona) became owned by Executive Process LLC in 2010
Merging of people, processes, clients began and Executive Process LLC dba EZ Messenger began marketing itself as a multi-state company
2013 Michael Shapiro joined the company in a Business Development role with special interest in Government Contracts(TX OAG), Michael and Casey began working on acquiring the company from Steve
2013 EZ Messenger began building out a presence in Dumaguete Negros, Philippines first with software developers lead by Jovanni Lo and then also to include support teams lead by Julie Ping
2014 Michael and Casey, with funding from C3 Partners and financing by Steve Ezell, created Exec Pro Asset Group LLC and acquired Executive Process LLC dba EZ Messenger
2016 EZ Messenger "fired" around 2,000 customers in Arizona that were not part of the core business and sold off a courier/runner business, these customers were not generating revenue but were leveraging free court runs and deliveries based on legacy agreements
2017-2019 Expanded into several additional markets throughout the country with offices in Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Phoenix, Tucson, Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Lufkin and Denver.
2019 - Aggressively began development of ezlocate.app ezvenue.app ezknock.app and WhoKnocked.com
2020 - Due to COVID and changing market conditions EZ Messenger consolidated operations to Oklahoma City and Dumaguete and honed in on key opportunities with EZ Knock, EZ Venue and it's core businesses support collections and government contracts.
