EZ Messenger is a business process outsourcing(BPO) company mated with a technology company that sells process serving. Kidding aside....EZ Messenger does several things.

Business Process Outsourcing(BPO)

Many of the services we offer can be loosely grouped into BPO services, things like copying, printing, scanning, court fee advances, court filings, electronic filings are all business processes that law firms and governtment entities need to perform in the legal process. Many of these processes are things that our customer is either not capable of doing or that we do better.

Process Serving

While we may offer a variety of BPO type services our revenue generation(how we bill our customers) has historically been based on Process Serving. Process Serving is the act of delivering legal documents to a named party in a lawsuit in order to provide them notice that they are involved in the lawsuit in question. This is a fundamental right as part of our rights to due process under the Fifth Amendment of the Constitution of our amazing country.

Technology

In recent years we have evolved into more of a Tech Company and that evolution continues. With eFiling, automation, machine learning and other technology becoming more and more common we have continued to try to stay at the forefront of those technologies. Our in house team of developers, database engineers and project managers continually update our applications which are F.A.S.T. as well as more recent developments like EZ Knock, EZ Venue, WhoKnocked and EZ Locate.
