Our Company is made up of several Divisions:

Paper Division

This team oversees all work in states that involved 100% physical paper. The key market in this division is Oklahoma, our home office state! This division is the only division with dedicated court runners.

Hybrid Division

This team oversees all work in states that have a blend of physical paper and electronic filing(efile). The key market in this division is Texas, a major market for us! This division is the most diverse having paper filings as well as electronic filings.

Digital Division

This team oversees all work in states that are 100% electronic filing OR serve only/serve first. The majority of states we operate in fall into this division and therefore it represents a broad knowledge base!

Government Division

This team focuses entirely on our government contracts currently comprised of Texas Office of Attorney General, Oklahoma DHS and Iowa DHS. This division is unique in that 100% of jobs are serve only. It's also unique in that our revenue is substantially based on successful service(we make very little on non serves).

Expansion Division

This team focuses on new states/markets and irons out the details before handing off the state/market to it's respective division. The team is small but fierce and is a big part of the future of the business.

Technology, Client Relations, Business Development, Administrative Support

These teams support support the day to day business functions of all other divisions ensuring payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, business licensing, tax reporting, marketing, customer satisfaction, systems and other key functions are up to date.
