STALE ACCEPTANCE

Jobs Not Accepted (jobs assigned, but not accepted)

TIER 1 AUTOMATION

  • 48 HOURS of non-acceptance, reminder to accept will be sent to you

TIER 2 AUTOMATION

  • 72 HOURS of non-acceptance (zip code has more than 5 vendors opted in) job will be pulled and you are opted out of the zip code

  • 96 HOURS of non-acceptance (zip code has 3-5 vendors opted in) job will be pulled and you are opted out of the zip code

  • 120 HOURS of non-acceptance (zip code has less than 3 vendors opted in) job will be pulled and you are opted out of zip code

STALE ATTEMPTS

Jobs not attempted (jobs assigned and/or accepted, but not attempted)

TIER 1 AUTOMATION

  • 72 HOURS after acceptance if no first attempt OR current attempt, reminder to attempt will be sent to you

TIER 2 AUTOMATION

  • 120 HOURS after acceptance if no first attempt OR current attempt (zip code has more than 5 vendors opted in) job is placed on the Available Job Picker when notice is sent. You still have the opportunity to make attempts and keep the job given the job has not been picked by another vendor.

  • 168 HOURS after acceptance if no first attempt OR current attempt (zip code has 3-5 vendors opted in) job is placed on the Available Job Picker. You still have the opportunity to make attempts and keep the job given the job has not been picked by another vendor.

  • 240 HOURS after acceptance if no first attempt OR current attempt (zip code has less than 3 vendors opted in) job is placed on the Available Job Picker. You still have the opportunity to make attempts and keep the job given the job has not been picked by another vendor.

TIER 3 AUTOMATION

  • 240 HOURS after acceptance if no first attempt OR current attempt (zip code has more than 5 vendors opted in) job is removed from your inventory and you are opted out of the zip code.

  • 240 HOURS after acceptance if no first attempt OR current attempt (zip code has 3-5 vendors opted in) job is removed from your inventory and you are opted out of the zip code.

  • 336 HOURS after acceptance if no first attempt OR current attempt (zip code has less than 3 vendors opted in) job is removed from your inventory and you are opted out of the zip code.

DUE DATES

  • Jobs with a due date, will be automatically pulled the day after listed due date.
