EZ Messenger Vendors- File Management
How to upload, view or download Commission Reports, Driver's License, Insurance, certification, etc.
Log on the web portal by visiting www.ezmessenger.com. Click the login button in middle, top of the screen.
Enter user name and password credentials.
Click 'File Management' on the bottom left side of the portal home screen, then click 'View and Upload Files'

Commission Detail Reports
You can find your reports for your deposits in the table My Files. Each file will have the File name, Document Type, size and date of upload. You can click the file name or the download button to view your commission detail. You can also search by date range in the top right search bar if you are looking for a specific commission detail. (Commission details from 7/27/2020 and onward are only available on the portal)

Viewing your other documents
You can view your other documents you have submitted for EZM by click on the file name or the download icon as well. Documents may open in a new internet tab.
Uploading Documents
To upload a document such as a Driver's License, click the 'Select Document' drop down at the top left, choose your document type then click 'Upload Files'.

2. A box will pop up to upload your file. You can drag and drop files, or click to upload. Once you have your files uploaded and you can see your document with a green check mark, click 'Finish'.

3. Your new document should now be present in your list of files. If you are uploading a document requested from Vendor Resources, please respond to their chat or email to let them know you have uploaded your document.
