EZ Messenger utilizes Microsoft TEAMS for communication within the office and also for communication for outside the office. This includes conference lines as well as inbound and outbound calling.
Not all employees are enabled for calling outside the organization, each license costs something and not all employees have a regular need to dial out. In an emergency you can still receive a call from the company number by someone speaking your name.
All employees will need a headset to connect to their computer. Employees with limited time on the phone have a budget of $50. Employees who spend more time on the phone have a budget of $125. Your headset belongs to YOU and is not for others to use without your permission. If you lose or damage your headset it will be your responsibility to replace it.

If you have another headset you prefer please discuss with your manager and/or HR. The list above is meant to meet the needs of most employees and be representative.
