Collection Client Weekly forecasting on Volume and expenses expected for the following week/month
Every week, EZM's Relationship Managers are reaching out to all high volume Collection clients and obtaining a variety of metrics to assist Accounting and Operations in gauging what resources will be needed for upcoming expected volumes. Each week, the RM's will be documenting volumes advised by our clients as well as forecasting based off of what the Client has advised and historical trends.
