**USE THE UPLOADED AFFIDAVIT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THESE REGIONS AS WELL, AFFIDAVIT QC AND REVIEW PROCESSES ARE OUTLINED FULLY ON THOSE INSTRUCTIONS.**

From FAST, Launch web portal, click the red “help center” button, locate the “Solutions” Tab, Find Production and review the articles that apply to your question.

**NOTE: When mailing affidavits to their home offices for processing please use FedEx, ensure to place the tracking number in the shipment tracking process when performing mailing on jobs.

AZ:

Need originals- Mail to Phoenix office location.

Exception:

AZ AG- Child Support Cases( A quick reference point on these will be workorder comments! If an original affidavit is needed it will be notated.)- Filing in Maricopa Superior Court- Assign to E-File Ready Affidavits

AZ-Rausch: Cases where E-filing is applicable in Superior Courts route to E-File Ready Affidavits

AR:

Need Originals- Mailed to OKC office location

Exception:

E-Filing Counties – Routed to Affidavit to Client. **AR- Couch is the ONLY client we E-File affidavits for, those will need to be routed to E-File Ready Affidavit
